01Statement

Half my week is editing: cutting product promos so the first second sells. The other half is code: sites, bots and Mini Apps that I write, deploy and fix myself. Doing both means the ad, the site and the bot come out as one brand.

    Thirteen years.
    Three of them on the timeline.

    I’m Akobir Tulkinov — Tulkinov Akobir, the Uzbek way. I’m 13, I live in Qarshi, Uzbekistan, I study at IT Park, and for the past three years I’ve been learning two crafts at the same time: editing video with AI, and writing code.

    Editing taught me timing. Code taught me systems. Most of what I build sits right between the two: websites that move like a good edit.

    How many revisions?

    Two focused rounds are included. Extra rounds are fine — we agree on them before I start.

    What should I send?

    For an edit: footage or product shots, the offer, and a reference. For a site or bot: the goal, any copy you have, and a brand colour or two.
