Overview

A concept site for a fictional residential complex, built around the flow buyers expect from developer sites. Hover the building to see free apartments per floor, click a floor and its plan redraws with every apartment coloured by status; filter by number of rooms.

How it works

Choosing an apartment opens its card with a plan, price per m² and a mortgage estimate using the standard annuity formula, with sliders for down payment, term and rate. Everything works with a keyboard. Availability, prices and the rate are fictional examples.
